    Stayed for 2 nights. 1. The receptionist told us to wait 20 minutes for the check in, however after 20mins and we went back, the receptionist told us the room is not ready and so have to wait longer. 2. The building is quite old, the corridors is dark and has water stains on the wall. Even the ceiling has paint crack that doesn’t. 3. The room is haunted, as i felt something was sitting on my bed at midnight halfway during my sleep which in result i had insomnia. The aircond is leaking too so you can hear the water droplet onto the floor the whole time. The bed is not comfy as it is hard. The soundproof of the hotel is very very bad. Midnight you can heard people talking / walking sound along the corridor and multiple times heard door knocking sound. Not sure is knocking on the door room next to me or what. 4. Breakfast was okay as they serve pho, fried noodles, fried rice, salad and eggs. However the ventilation is bad, after having the breakfast, my shirt stinks as the fried egg smell sticks on the shirt. 5. The surrounding of this area is quite eerie as there’s children and people will stand close to you and follow you and asking for money so need to be careful with surroundings. 6. Location wise is good as it’s walking to the famous local market and Linh cafe. 7. Overall i did not enjoy my stay here as it gives unpleasant experience and rather pay extra abit to a better hotel
