Super naenjoy ko dito! Sobrang lapit sa lahat and with breakfast pa! I was able to book it for only 312 pesos per night. Flights + hotel! Very homey ang vibe! Tips lng, wala sila elevator so if malaki luggage mo and mabigat pa, try to request na sa 2nd floor ka ilagay. Pero if keri mo naman, no problem at all. Ako sa 3rd floor with 9kg luggage ;)

I recently stayed at Vy Da Market Hostel, and while the location is excellent and the price is budget-friendly, my overall experience was disappointing. The first thing we noticed upon entering our room was an unpleasant smell. The bed sheets, pillows, and linens also appeared stained, making us question how regularly they are cleaned and changed. We also requested a towel replacement, but were told that no clean towels were available at the time. We decided to extend our stay because our flight was scheduled for the midnight of July 17, and we wanted a comfortable place to rest before heading to the airport. However, after returning from dinner, the front desk staff confronted us, demanding a deposit for the towels and keys, even though we had already returned them to another staff member. He also told us that we would “have a problem” if we didn’t check out that night, despite our extension already being arranged for the following day. The interaction was intimidating and made us feel uncomfortable and genuinely frightened. While I appreciate the convenient location and affordable rates, cleanliness and customer service are just as important. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the way we were treated by the staff overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
