    Excellent location, clean rooms. Everything works. It can get crowded at lobby when there's a big tourist group checkin. Anyway a sign that the hotel is going well

    I chose Avanti Boutique Hotel mainly because of its excellent location, and overall, it is a good hotel with comfortable rooms and a convenient base for exploring the area. However, the check-in experience could definitely be improved. The front desk was quite strict about the check-in time, even when the room appeared to be available. I understand that hotels have policies, but if a room is already ready, it would be a nice gesture to accommodate guests a little earlier when possible. Another inconvenience was that an extra key was not provided, which meant having to repeatedly ask the front desk to open the room. This became quite a hassle, especially when traveling with someone who has a different schedule. I also found the front desk staff's tone a little unwelcoming at times. I'm not sure if it was simply a language or accent issue, but the interaction came across as somewhat arrogant, which affected the overall first impression. That said, the hotel itself is good, and the location is definitely its biggest advantage. Would I stay here again? **Probably yes**, because of the location and overall quality of the hotel—but I hope the management can improve the front desk service and make guests feel more welcome. With better customer service, this could be an even better hotel experience.
