    The hotel is very strategic and near to market but there are some area that need to enhance like there was a clogged on sink, the shower was no button for on/off hot, confusing light button and some not function.

    I had booked a stay at Avanti Hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed that we would be staying at Avanti Boutique instead due to multiple faulty air-conditioning units at the hotel. While I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, what disappointed me was that this information was only communicated when we arrived to check in. A simple message or email beforehand would have allowed us to prepare and would have made the experience much smoother. The bigger issue, however, was the service we received from one of the bellboys at Avanti Hotel. After checking out, we wanted to leave our luggage temporarily, and his attitude throughout the interaction was unprofessional. He raised his voice and appeared visibly frustrated. This wasn't a language barrier it was his body language, tone and lack of courtesy that made us feel unwelcome. When we sought clarification from the receptionist, he interrupted by saying that the receptionist knew nothing about luggage and that it was his job, again in a raised voice. If he had simply explained the process clearly and politely from the beginning, the misunderstanding could have been avoided entirely. Throughout our time in Vietnam, we found the people to be warm, patient, and incredibly polite, which made this encounter stand out for the wrong reasons. It's unfortunate that one staff member's attitude overshadowed what could have been a much better experience. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively, as better communication and more professional customer service would greatly improve the guest experience
