Pool was heated and clean, just not in the same hotel. The hotel location is great, many dining options. We went to Denny's as it is in the same parking lot. Family room was great with the bunk beds.

I've stayed here several times because it's conveniently located next to numerous dining options and easily accessible from the interstate. While the hotel is in rough shape, which seems to be the norm for affordable hotels with some maintenance and cosmetic issues, it doesn't bother me much. However, the main issue lies with the staff. I understand that the majority of clients at this establishment might be a bit rough around the edges, which necessitates contracts and terms of service for legal leverage. Unfortunately, this reflects poorly on the location and the type of clientele it serves.
As someone who is a victim of identity theft, it's very stressful to provide a copy of my ID or credit card even though everything is paid for and booked online. The staff's lack of understanding, flexibility, and common sense is pitiful. I understand they have these rules in place to cover themselves, not to protect the client. This is an unfortunate reality of our commercialized, dystopian world. It's not just this place; many businesses operate similarly. However, for my money, I refuse to support such business practices.
