Communication was good to ensure an easy online check-in.
Facilities were quite good, especially the kitchen. Internet was quite good. Shower water was quite low pressure.

If you are a seasoned backpacker who is after saving cost and prefers to be outdoors during your vacation then this place is a good option. If you expect comfort, organized check-in and good facilities, keep browsing. I was in The Bahamas for 2 nights and those were both sleepless. Bed is terrible. Water is scarce especially in the morning. Checking in was a disaster. Guests were rowdy and paid no consideration with the time of the day to be loud. The only positive experience I had is the new connections I have made and it's quite close proximity to some places.
