This definitely solves the issue of finding a decent facility for the value budget on Paradise Island. 9 min walk from Atlantis, and 12 mins walk from the beach. Large room, clean facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Would come back again for sure.

My 4th visit. No bells and whistles but perfect for me. Great location near Atlantis, Casino, Marina Village and Beach. Reasonably priced for P.I. Staff hospitable and helpful. 3 pools well maintained. Lovely flowering landscaping. Rooms a bit tired but comfortable beds. Cute little poolside restaurant open for breakfast and lunch 5 days a week. Give it a try.

On arrival we were greeted by the security officer at the front desk who verified passports and sent us along to the office for check-in. This next person was friendly but gave us little to no information on the property or facilities - just the room access cards. We finally found our room (the grounds boards are incorrect) and on entering it smelt so old and musty. The place is like an apartment (lounge/kitchen/bedroom) but the furniture is very old and worn, it really could do with an update. It wasn't the cleanest either, finding long hairs in our bed and in and around the bathroom. They give you a coffee maker and a basket of tea, coffee, sugar etc. but no water, or even a kettle to boil. This made zero sense to us. Lots and pans in the cupboard were horrendous, scratched and awful. Plus no soap or sponge to even clean dishes with. They have no water for sale onsite, only a vending machine with sodas. So you have to walk 10-12 mins to the nearest little grocery store for this. Very inconvenient. All in all, this was not a pleasant stay. I can overlook almost everything (being on an island) but a moldy/musty AC and someone else's hair everywhere is too much.
