Beach is full of seaweed. Waited for check in till 4. Had to wait an hour for luggage after calling three different times and 2. Waited for towels and extra hangers after several phone calls. Started with breakfast and finally got our order in and waited at least 30 minutes for our food. 25per cent up charge on everything. This was only day one

everything costs extra, plus hotel resort fees, and government taxes. the lunch there is even more expensive than new york but quality is excelent.

My wife and I stayed at Rosewood Baha Mar for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary, and were underwhelmed by the experience.
Pros:
1. Our room was nice
2. The beach was nice
3. There's a house car that will take you to downtown Nassau for free
Cons:
1. The service was 3 stars at best. Very hit or miss depending on the staff. The client services team forgot about our anniversary and dropped the ball on resolving multiple inconveniences during our stay. Housekeeping entered our room before 8am and woke us up. We were woken up by multiple mistaken phone calls to our room between 7 and 7:30am. Not a very relaxing or enjoyable experience.
2. The food at the resort was bad. We tried multiple restaurants across Baha Mar, and each was lackluster. What they all had in common were mediocre cooking and astronomical price points.
3. There's no indication Agoda doesn't include the resort fee in the booking. We were charged $***per night (incl tax) at check-out.
Overall this is not an experience I would recommend, especially when paying thousands of dollars to relax on vacation.
