We had a wonderful time here. The location was near so many attractions and the service was super friendly and great.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located beside the shopping district, restaurants and cafes. The hotel has its own Cafe which serves espresso and pastries. You can grab a cab to Atlantis and Cabbage Beach which I highly recommend. You can walk to The Queens Stairs which is a popular tourist attraction. Watching the cruise ships dock is a spectacular sight! You can book a boat trip through the hotel and walk next door to catch the boat. Incredibly convenient!

I was very disappointed since i booked from the site the partial ocean view room but when we checked in the lady was like nooo. U just booked the standard king. She even refused to check my booking reso. Also, she said she’s sure we are gona like our room. Then we got in to our room, it was so loud as it close to the elevator. It feels like a dungeon. Tiny window with no view, the toilet is creating a weird noise and they ddnt even provide us fresh towels. The first time we entered there was even a soiled and used towel hanging on the door. They ddnt even bother to check take it out. The beach is so so and the pool is just okay and acceptable. The good side is the location as it is close to downtown. For the price range? Id rather go somewhere else, a little expensive than this hotel but ul get to enjoy the exp. Will not recommend this hotel and will never go back.
