    Good: Proper drop off point in front of hotel Spacious room with bath tub (but note the smallest room has two beds so it was big for me and my kid, probably just nice for a family of 3-4) Thoughtful gestures like daily yakult/ placement of stool at sink/ cereal bar at breakfast/ two levels of play areas make it kid friendly Can be improved: Breakfast selection seems only alternate day rotation. Not a wide spread. You are limited to one hour and you have to commit to your “booking”. Car rides also need bookings Room has a damp carpet smell (when given feedback, they apologised and blamed it on the rainy weather) Staff hospitality/attitude can be hit and miss. Overall still a pretty decent hotel stay with my little one. Just note if you’re travelling as just a mum-kid pair, you don’t have any smaller option so it’s not that value for money per se

    I drive throughout the trip. There is underground carpark. Hotel offers breakfast with yakult, pack of juices and gummies. This place are built for kids! Tea break 2 to 4 pm. Facilities till 9pm. Daily room cleaning. But the only shortfall is that there isnt laundry and dryer. Thought walking distance near to train station there coin laundry

    Great location as it is very close to the popular night market. The indoor playground was excellent as my kids could spend a long time there while we chill from a day of travel. The breakfast was just normal.

    We recently stayed here for a night with our kids and thankfully it was only for one night because it was the toughest night with no sleep for us and our kids given how hot the room was. The thermostat was consistently at 25 degrees despite multiple attempts to bring down the temperature. Beyond that, throughout the night it constantly turned off which meant we had to get up again and again to try to turn it back on which made it impossible to sleep. Eventually we called down and they brought us fans which helped but to have to go through that ordeal was less than ideal. In addition, there were lapses in housekeeping from them forgetting to put slippers in the room to very visible stains on the sheets. On the plus side, the two story play area and cars for the kids was fun along with the ball pit and large slide. With the slide, parents should watch their kids carefully because I saw a kid go down by himself and hit his head requiring an ice pack. Location wise, it is close to the Luodong night market and the train station which was a plus. While I really wanted to like it, the lack of temperature control and the unclean sheets made is less than ideal for us.
