    I travel a lot and this was by far the worst hotel I have stayed at. It is a large, expensive, international hotel, and yet it was apparently too hard to rustle up some vegan food. I bring my own milk and generally cater for myself where I can, however, I didn’t realise when booking the hotel that it is isolated on its hill and you have to book your own taxi to get up or down the hill to town at a cost of $500NTD each way. No shuttle bus, no shop on the premises that sells anything remotely vegan. I had to have hot chips for dinner, breakfast took a lot of discussion and eventually on day 1 they made me something, day 2 was a complete disaster with multiple conversations, me giving up, and then i get a call saying my breakfast is ready. It shouldn’t be this hard, all I wanted was some rice and vegetables. If you have any dietary requirements at all, I would suggest skipping this expensive hilltop where you are not made to feel welcome. I should add, I'm sure its great for the tours, the families, and people that are happy to stay in the hotel and eat what is provided.

    Had booked hotel shuttle bus to pick us up from train station by hotel room number, we waited at train station 20 minutes earlier, but they didn't check by Room number hotel guest, and left without us . Very unreliable
