Nice environment in the reserve park but no information about no lift( I asked for upper floor but with big luggage) the entry card was not activated , need to go all the way back to main building to ask for new card and change to ground floor as with elderly who could not walk up stairs! The note excursion was fun though😬

    Nice forested area!

Such a great place to recharge and immerse yourself in nature. Walked in the rain along the trail right after checking in, then enjoyed a hot pot at Yun Shan Cafe after the hike. The breakfast, however, was a bit below my expectations as it mainly served typical local cuisine. The staff also started clearing away the food before the serving time had ended. I also noticed a staff member accidentally dropped the serving tongs on the floor and simply placed them back without replacing them with a clean one, until her colleague signaled her to do so. For travellers arriving by private taxi, you are advisable to inform the receptionist in advance in order to allow your driver to enter the premise for pick-up.
