Very disappointed with the room. 1. Poor cleannesses- especially the room carpet and bathroom. Can see the stains on the whole wall, specially basin and bathtub. Feeling not comfortable when you leaning into the bathtub as the stains just beside of you. 2. Location is not strategic and the food option is very limited 3. Facility - no coffee / spoon provided. They only provide 1 small tea bag, 3 cokes and 2 mineral water. The swimming pool is outside of the hotel building, while gym room is located at another building. The gym equipments had spoilt and not functional. And hotel looks old inside and poor cleannesses which totally upset especially brought young kid along. Less food option, far location with dangerous main road, poor cleannesses, and the bed is not comfortable. We booked the big room for 2 double bed rooms but the towel only for 2 persons. The displayed photo are different with exact. Especially the bathtub is just fit single person in the room. Not recommended at ALL. Not think it’s 4 star hotel / resort

We called the receptionist if the hotel had any cotton swabs available. Then they said yes, asking how many do we need. Then when they came up to our room, they said that they ran out of cotton swabs… Next time, don’t promise when you can’t deliver?

Our group booked this location for the hot springs pools and in-room hot springs fed bath tubs. Overall, the staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. However... It was a holiday weekend, so we knowingly paid extra and did so because of the hot spring features. On day 1, we found out the outside hot springs pools/spas were broken (and apparently had been for some time) and we were not notified before arrival or upon check-in. The next day, both rooms in our group separately tried to run baths and got very dirty, unfiltered water that was in no way suitable for use. When this was brought up at check-out, the staff simply remarked, "yes we had a problem with our system that day." Again, there was no notice they were having problems with the system, or a simple apology that we weren't able to use anything having to do with the hot springs. It was very disappointing situation knowing the hotel advertised hot springs and we were looking forward to using them.
