    Arrived late on my first night as I was taking the bus/HSR/bus from Alishan. Followed recommendations to alight at jiabaotai stop and the hotel sign was visible from the bus. Hotel staff were patient and helpful with my queries. Spent the 2nd day exploring guguan and participating in the free DIY workshop. Enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pools as well as the stunning hotel room with indoor onsen bath. Really enjoyed my time in guguan. Might be easier if I drove a car instead but I would probably have had a much different kind of adventure.

    Staff are very friendly and nice. Greeting us with a big smile and helping us with helpful information. We also love our room which with a small attic. Would visit again in the future.

    We stayed for one night and found the resort to be a serene getaway. While the mountain drive is quite long, the peaceful vicinity and high-quality rooms made the journey worthwhile. We stayed in the Loft Room (sleeps 4 or more). Two double beds in the loft area and another on the lower floor. The space was great, though we felt the lower-floor bed would be better converted into a sitting area for more functional space. The resort offers outdoor 温泉 (hot springs). However, it felt a bit limited as there were only five pools available. Additionally, providing a washing machine for guest use would be a improvement.

    屋外に温泉があったが、温度が低すぎて冬季にはまったく入れない浴槽がいくつもあって無駄と感じた。また更衣室からの動線もよくない。部屋のバスルームも北投や礁渓の温泉宿に比べて洗練されておらず、物足りない。 朝食は及第点。子供向けのイベントや施設（ゲームコーナーなど）は充実していたので、小さな子供がいる家族にはいいだろう。しかし台中から二時間もかけて行く価値はない。スタッフがとても親切だったのは救い。
