Location and nice balcony. The cleaniness was ok.
Humid room, the central airconditioning was dripping and very dusty, no cups or anything to make coffee or tea or have a glass of wine. Only 4 hangers for clothes and the top of bed was a bit broken.Really just good for sleepover. Also we saw cockroaches in entrance hall. It is renovated but needs renovation again with some updates.
