The room was lovely and the location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town. It was very easy to get around on foot and explore Monopoli. The property was comfortable and well located for everything we wanted to see.
If you’re arriving by car, being located in the old town means you may have a bit of a walk with your luggage, but this is understandable given the location. Our only real complaint was that the air conditioning struggled with the summer heat, so the room remained quite warm at times.

We LOVED our stay and the location was amazing!
Spacious apartment right in the centre of the old town. We could walk to bars/restaurants/sights very easily.
It was 2 minutes walk to the locals free swimming spot.
Even though it was right in the centre, the apartment was quiet. Also it was very cool even though we were there in the height of summer.
No need to have a car to explore as there’s so much to see in walking distance. We arrived by train and it was a 20 minute walk to the apartment from the station.
Very friendly and helpful staff. It was kept clean with and it was easy to What’s app staff who responded quickly with clear communication.
It was very spacious and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay. The shower is a little small, but we didn’t mind as the location was fantastic!
