Le Caravelle Bed and Breakfast

The building and the room were lovely, well decorated and aesthetic. Nice bathroom, comfy mattress and a flat screen TV. A kettle and a fridge which was brilliant to have. Hair drier and a wardrobe with hangers etc.

It’s not a bed and breakfast, more like bed and bed ? The breakfast isn’t included and is paid. Being in the center of Monopoli with so many amazing food options we chose not to pay for breakfast with the property. Additionally we stood outside the locked property for a good while when we arrived as the owner wasn’t present. She then came finally and apologized. She was nice. I asked for an extra pillow on the first night and the owner said she’ll give it to me tomorrow as she doesn’t have the key to the storage room. And most importantly, the room wasn’t cleaned until I asked for it to be cleaned and for our towels to be replaced. The room wasn’t cleaned one time in three days. Overall it’s a very nice room and in perfect location, I think the services need to be improved like daily cleaning and breakfast included. As well as someone who can be available at least on the phone at all times for people to be able to check in.

Buona la posizione e il fatto che l'alloggio fosse dotato di aria condizionata. Buona anche la pulizia.

L'alloggio a piano terra è privo di finestre verso l'esterno. Inoltre nelle foto dell'annuncio vengono mostrate tutte le stanze insieme, senza possibilità di capire in quale alloggio si soggiornerà. Sempre nell'annuncio vengono mostrati gli angoli cottura senza specificare che non è consentita la cottura e comunque mancano dotazioni adeguate per consumare pasti senza cottura.

Yatak rahat değildi ve gıcırdıyordu. Bunun dışında beni rahatsız etmedi ama girişte merdiven bulunuyor.

The listing promotes Bed & Breakfast and there are two buildings adjoining each other operated by the host. I made an error when searching and selected a room for single use and was allocated a small room up very steep stairs, which does in fact accommodate two people. However it shares a stairwell with a guest room below. The facilities are very spartan - no basics like tea and coffee, almost no kitchen utensils, and certainly no breakfast supplied. No matter, plenty of options for eating gout nearby. The location in the heart of downtown is excellent.

The host was stressed while operating a cafe business, and was a bit off-hand - in part due to my mistake in not selecting a room for two guests - and charged an additional fee accordingly. Overall not an especially welcoming experience, and a misnomer regarding the "breakfast" part of B&B. An adequate stay.
