Very central in the old town. Great communication with the Hub staff checking in daily and asking if we needed anything 👍

Great Location, quiet street yet close to main square and easy access. Very clean, good size with a living room area with second tv and great storage etc. Cleaning staff was great!
We liked all, found the management not as responsive as some stays we’ve had, the safe did not function and I asked a few times, they never came to resolve it. I had to go get a key which was not a solution, so we just didn’t use it, which was fine. Monopoli and this spot were great and we appreciated the stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Dimora Maio. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the historic center, with restaurants, shops, and the main attractions just a short walk away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a city break. Check-in was easy, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The only small disappointment was that the rooftop terrace looked larger and more impressive in the photos than it does in reality. Other than that, everything was very good.

The location is great. It is also nice to have an elevator (even though it is very slow).
It’s a bit expensive. Be mindful about check-in times. Try to check-in before 12 if you can, so you can leave your luggages and settle. Otherwise you have to wait until 3pm. In May, it was a bit chilly this year. But I didn’t have thick clothes with me. And there wasn’t a duvet in the room. First day I noticed that in the evening and as they close the reception at 7pm, they couldn’t help me. I tried to get warm with the airco. The other day they provided a duvet. But if you ask me, eith this price and for a 3 star hotel, they should have thought this before and leave a blanket or something in the wardrobe (which is huge and totally empty, so there are plenty of places to store a blanket etc. just in case).
