Апартаменти мають два поверхи. Всередині квартири знаходиться ліфт, який підіймає на другий поверх. Власник квартири піклується про комфорт. Дає рекомендації щодо ресторанів поруч. А також залишив безкоштовні талони на сніданки в барі (кава і щось солоденьке).
Туалет тільки на другому поверсі. Якщо їде декілька людей, або сімʼя з дітьми - це може бути незручно.

Il Signor Tommaso molto disponibile, ha incluso nel soggiorno la colazione (cosa per niente scontata e molto apprezzata). La casa aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di più notti, in una posizione molto centrale, vicina anche al mare e alla stazione
Non era comodissimo l'ascensore per passare da un piano all'altro, ma è comprensibile la scelta in un ambiente piccolo rispetto alla scaletta
