The apartment was really lovely and clean with good facilities in the kitchen (although we didn’t use to cook). The bedroom was calming and the outside space with the private plunge pool was very nice, although slightly overlooked by the building to the side. The bathroom is very small & the shower, although powerful needs a new base as very stained. We managed to find free parking around the corner with the help of Paola, who was super helpful throughout our visit. The location is great, set in a local street with the old town a lovely gentle 10 min walk, along the route into the old town are a few local wine bars which were also lovely. We visited the La Perla Noir beach club which was lovely if you want a day by a pool with a bar and lovely food. The beaches are small coves, again all within walking distance - 30 mins walk. We loved Monopoli & the lovely friendly locals

Just the shower let’s this property down & a strange plumbing noise in the bedroom during the night
