The location of this accommodation is perfect. Right in the heart of Monopoli old town and literally 1 street from the harbour. We stayed in room 10 which was a King room and it was huge. Nice big bed, sofa, desk and plenty of floor space. The room has all of it's original features too like shutters and large old doorframes that add character to the property. The hosts were amazing too. They kept in touch with us prior to arrival and once they knew we would be there after reception was closed and they sent us videos of how to access the key safe, how to get up to our room and which room we were staying in.... it really was helpful as we arrived late due to flight delays so the last thing we would have wanted was to worry about how to get in. They are so helpful with anything you need. The roof terrace is great too for some chill time and we used the jacuzzi one afternoon and had it all to ourselves. Some people have mentioned the noise from bin collections early in the morning but this would be the case no matter where you stay in the old town. They keep the place spotless so those early morning collections will happen all over due to the restaurants and bars being located all over. Kapece2025 also own a restaurant downstairs called Komera where you go for breakfast. There is cereal, toast, pastries, cake, fruit etc and they are more than happy to make you an omelette or scrambled eggs etc if you request. The old town is full of intricate little streets that are beautiful and just when you think you've been down them all, you find some more 😊There is also so many restaurants and bars in various locations around the town you can always find somewhere to stop for a drink or a bite to eat. The food was exceptional wherever we eat. The local beeches that are in walking distance are little coves and some can get busy but you'll always find somewhere to pitch up and the sea is clear and warm.

There was literally nothing not to like about the accommodation or the town of Monopoli.... both were perfect!

Location excellent but noise from outside revellers and then early morning clean up often kept us awake. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, and our triple room large and comfortable

The only toiletries were mini handwash, nothing else. Would have appreciated some shampoo/conditioner etc.
