B&B La Porta Vecchia

We loved our stay at B&B La Porta Vecchia. It is a beautiful property in an excellent location, right in the heart of Monopoli and perfectly placed for exploring the historic centre and nearby seafront. Our host, Cosmina, was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. Our room was beautiful, spacious and airy, with a lovely atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully presented. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of food, and sitting out on the terrace each morning was a particularly enjoyable way to start the day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend B&B La Porta Vecchia to anyone visiting Monopoli. We would be delighted to stay here again.

Everything. Location is perfect inside the historic center of monopoly, close to restaurants cafes and the beach. Breakfast was marvelous and homemade prepared by the owner herself (Cosima). Cosima and Gabriella were super friendly, made my stay unforgettable

Nice room in an old building inside the old town, close to everything and very clean. We arrived earlier, and luckily our room is ready early. The host also makes great hand-made breakfast which is delicious.

Lovely and clean b&b in the tranquil streets of the old town of Monopoli. Easy to get around by foot. Even the beaches are nearby & a nice walk. I was happy I could check-in relatively early and I could leave my luggage for a while after check-out. Very kind!

I didn't know about the breakfast/kitchen/terrace/coffee/tea area upstairs. I found out right before check-out, which was just on time, but I think it's a big pro to be told at check-in, because it's a very relaxed area. Especially when you have a single room a without a chair/couch.
