Very attentative host, both before check-in and also followed up during our stay asking if it was anything we needed.
Excellent location in the middle of the old town, close to everthing but still quiet.
Large roof-top terrace, perfect for sitting out, eating, drying cloths etc.
Good air-condition, fridge, washing machine etc.
We did not have the breakfast option.
Parking; We always found a place to park around Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, even if it at certain times of the day was quite full. (Costs around 1 EUR per hour, with some free hours during the night. Download an app for payment)
Be aware that there are many steep and narrow stairs in the appartement.
Some noice from the neighbour building's fan when sitting on the balcony (but I was the only one in my family taking notice of it :o) )
Some sewer smell on one of the bathrooms (informed host about it now ..).

A very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Very central and easy to walk to everything in Monopoli. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfasts were generous, fresh and tasty on a lovely little roof terrace. The roof terrace felt quite private at the apartment. The main beach next to the B & B is under major reconstruction work. It will be lovely when it is finished and they said that they hoped it would be finished in a few weeks. It only took us another 5 minutes to walk to the next beaches.
There are lots of steps in the apartment, which the information did say but there were a lot of steps inside and some are quite big. A very tall person may have to duck their heads a lot. The apartment is right in the old part of the city and with a huge choice of restaurants and bars around. This apartment is right next to a bar that stays open to 2.30am each morning, so make sure you have very good ear plugs if you can't sleep with noise. It is a nice bar and the atmosphere was great but just very noisy if you want to sleep.

The location was excellent private and convenient
I found the conditioned cramped . The plumbing was very noisy . Bathroom noises came into each room . Constant unexplained banging noises at night .
