Lovely stay in a beautiful boutique hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a great position near to lovely shops. All the staff were excellent and so kind and helpful. The room was bright, cosy and spacious with a fabulous modern bathroom. Spotlessly clean and bathrobes and slippers were provided as were an array of toiletries. Had breakfast and dinner here which was delicious. Absolutely no noise here at night so had a great sleep in the extremely comfortable beds.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Everything done to perfection.

Had fantasic weekend lovely staff and Bakewell is lovely

Very central and staff helpful

The radiator in the bathroom didn't work, Tv wasn't great it was better once we changed the colour settings. Bathroom smelt damp. May be because of the radiator. And needed padding on the ironing board as left imprint on clothes. These are all small fixes the hotel was very comfortable and clean.

Air conditioning worked well but controls a little difficult to manage.

Location, right in the center of town.

Room had only a whirlpool bathroom tub with no rain type shower from above. No shower curtain around tub and only a hand held sprayer which went all over the bathroom. Very cumbersome. No one at the desk after 10pm making it more like a B and B.

Amazing room space and excellent location in the heart of Bakewell

Felt like the hotel could have thrown in breakfast for the cost of the room, but at £10 for a full English it wasn't expensive.. Then I go full circle and think if it's only a tenner include it in the room rate, or slightly increase the room rate and make me feel I've got a bargain!

Lovly place lovly people

We love Bakewell and used to come for day on coach but decided to stay so we booked yours and it’s the best one there is we also seated at another hotel but yours the best so we have decided to stay for three days next time and we would like to come 2 times a year

Fantastic hotel in the best location with lovely staff.

The Hotel and staff were so lovely, fantastic location. Our room was so big and extremely comfortable.

We ate their one night and although the food was delicious, it felt more like a breakfast / lunchtime venue rather than somewhere to go for dinner .

The room was lovely: airy, comfortable, good beds, spacious. The staff, though few, were very helpful.

Coffee at breakfast is from a machine, and not great. No one at reception till 12 noon, and so we were not able to arrange to stay another night.

Lovely hotel, excellent location right in the middle of town

Great hotel recently refurbished Massive bed, very comfy, excellent bathroom and the tea/coffee were replenished every day Breakfasts and evening meal were very good and the staff were very friendly and chatty Parking was a bit of a faff as the car park next to the hotel is closed on Monday for the market so we had to park across the river on Sunday night but only a five minute walk Bakewell is a lovely town and we visited Chatsworth House 10 minutes drive up the road

Very comfortable, luxury room in heart of Bakewell

Breakfast was very good. Staff were all super-friendly and helpful. Lovely, clean spacious room - bed was huge and very comfy. Thank you.

Parking is a bit complicated. But the hotel receptionist really helped. We bought a short stay space for 2 hours to unload, then were able to move to a vacant long stay space, and bought a 3-day rover parking pass even though we were only staying for 1 night. Only a few quid more expensive.

Fun and comfortable hotel in a great venue to indulge in all forms of Bakewell desserts

The suite/room was palatial the beds huge and jacuzzi fun Bakewell is a charming place to stay and at night when tourists have gone it is even better!!

The lack of attached / dedicated parking is a nuisance but only on Sun eve /Mondays due the street market (the time we were there) but the quantity of visitors is an issue in the day however by 6 o’clock the crowds have dissipated and moving the car closer to hotel is possible The larger car parks are not council run but private and do not allow overnight use

Wonderful

We stayed her as a family for my mums 90th birthday. This was a total surprise for her and from the phone call on the way to the hotel to say that our rooms were ready to breakfast the next morning everything was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are wonderful and our evening meal at the hotel was delicious. I would like to mention one member of staff that went above and beyond to make our stay the most memorable and that was Dave the manager. Nothing was to much trouble, he was amazing and his kindness in making my mums birthday run so smoothly. Thankyou H Boutique, the staff and especially Dave.

Parking is a bit tricky but the hotel gave lots of good advice. Monday is market day so less places than usual.

The hotel is in a good location and off the main road and good location for car parking

The property was in good condition and very clean

Our room had underfloor heating in the shower room and there was no option to turn it off or down. On a hot day, it became a sweet box. We only stayed one night at the property but would have been an issue if we’re were staying more than one night. I am sure the hotels could have done something if this was raised during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the H Boutique Hotel in Bakewell. The staff was absolutely lovely — attentive, kind, and always willing to help so we could explore the area with peace of mind. A special thank you to David, who was incredibly kind — it was a real pleasure to have such a nice conversation with him. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!
