Rosita Deluxe Rooms

The location is a perfect base for exploring all of Zadar's Old Town. Restaurants, bars and tourist attractions such as the Roman Forum, the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun are only short walks away. The room looked down on the pedestrianised Široka Street and despite being busy at night, there were no issues with noise. The room and bathroom facilities were good - wifi and air conditioning were essentials for me and they were both reliable. I the short time I stayed for, I didn't utilise the washing machine, but note that alternatives in the area do not necessarily offer this facility. The communications with the owners beforehand were friendly and clear - and I particularly appeciated their flexibility of meeting to check-in after my bus to Zadar arrived 90 mins late.

I was very satisifed, so I dont have anything to dislike. There are a couple of aspects to be aware of: The entrance to the apartment is via the alley behind the back of the ground floor restaurant and shops - typical for residential access in the area, but not the most appealing environment - I stress that I still felt safe though. I struggled - as did others by the sound of it - with the middle of the three doors. For some reason the key access was difficult - especially my first return in the dark, with the lighting not on in the stairwell.

Great location, amazing help from hosts, Clean and functional

Our host at Rosita Rooms was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was pristine, well-equipped and spacious, and the location is central to all of the main attractions in Zadar Old Town. Perfect base for staying in the city. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay here again when I return.

Room was soundproof, but due to the location there were some nights that the city ambience could still be heard - those especially sensitive to this might be better advised to stay somewhere away from the main street and busyness of the city
