The room was very clean and well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Zadar on foot. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the warm weather. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was also very good.
The room was quite small. As I was travelling alone, it wasn't a major issue, but guests looking for more space may find it a little compact.

Very nice studio in the very center of the old town. Easily accessible. The studio is clean, comfortable and quiet at night which is a huge plus in Zadar. The owner was very communicative and helpful.

It was clean and central for the old city. The young girl who met me was lovely, helpful - a pleasure.
Needed eye shields due to no real curtains, and ear plugs to block out the hourly church bells. The room was very basic, not much bigger than the bed and the poorly maintained tenement block was ugly; looked very unsafe. A neighbour reassured me it was only ugly. It was cheap. But having paid the same for an immaculate, beautiful apartment in Cres the days before, I'm not sure about the value for money during this off season.
