Size of the room, showering facilities and location were great.
The balcony was disappointing and could have been made to look smarter as the glass was broken too. We felt we were misled by the photos when booking.

Very convenient location in the old town and easy to find. Very secure accommodation. Received quick responses via WhatsApp regarding the checking in/checking out procedure, although did not receive replies to messages sent via the Booking.com website, so perhaps there was a technical issue there? The room, bathroom & shower and balcony were all a good size. The bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. We would be happy to stay there again.
