Great stay!

The location is nice and quite but is close to Kitzbuhel and Fleckalmbahn (5min drive). There are some restaurants a short walk away. There is easy ski and boot storage right next to the parking spaces - so no need to lug stuff too far up and down stairs.

Lovely apartment in an Austrian country house in Kitzbühel

Great quiet location, beautiful outlook, lovely apartment, perfect for our family, very clean, cosy and warm, lovely balcony, kitchen perfect for the nights we ate in. Super friendly host, enjoyed the fresh bread service! Would definitely book again. Lovely bathrooms with nice warm floors. Overall a great place!

Fantastic family base for skiing and winter hikes

Lovely spacious apartment with welcoming host. Great location - fantastic walks on doorstep, easy to access various ski lifts (with car).

Not much to complain about - if we were picky then ideally a few more settings of crockery

Fantastic tucked away apartment with breathtaking views and easily drivable to town.

Our host was fabulous! Offered to buy us bread on her daily bread delivery and brought new linens midway through our week. The place was nicely renovated and had great views!

You definitely need a car to get to town or the lifts, but parking and the drive was super easy! Kitchen was very basically stocked but you had to run the dishwasher after every meal because there were only a few pieces of each cutlery/plates.

The best apartment we’ve stayed in

The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It had everything you would need and the views from both balconies were stunning. The host Barbara, was very accommodating and also let us check later than the usual allotted check in time as our flight and train were both late.

A lovely apartment with beautiful view

This is the most lovely accommodation we had stayed with our different ski trips. The view from the balcony was excellent. In some morning, the scenery in the early morning were amazing. The insulation of the apartment was very good, and we didn’t need to turn on the heaters in our room. The bathroom was brand new and the water pressure was great. Barbara was very thoughtful and prepared FPP2 masks for our family as well. There was heated storage for ski equipment.

The apartment would be well suited to those who drive, as it will take some time to walk to the ski lift or town centre.

recently refurbished, so fresh and clean flat. Barbara and her elderly aunt were both exceptionally friendly.

kitchenette area was small, so very basic cooking facilities. The duvet (a bit too small) and pillows could be improved/replaced.

Lovely, quiet, idyllic place in the mountains with a charming host.

The flat had two balconies with very nice views, a nice new bathroom, big bedroom, good parking. Barbara is an excellent, friendly and generous host.

The sofa is a bit small for two, the fridge was a little noisy,

Accommodation was excellent. The landlady was very pleasant and helpful. The beautiful surroundings of the House, and a very nice view of the mountains. From the Guest House is a short drive to the cable car.

I have nothing to criticize.

Family house in kitzbühel

Amazing place! Starting from the very nice host Barbara and Anni who will do the whatever it takes to make you comfortable to the sparkling clean spacious area. It is well organized place with everything you need. Very nice balcony and terrace. Well trimmed backyard with many fruits
