The manager is excellent and goes out of her way to help. The location is ideal - incredibly central and just steps from everything, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. I’ve stayed at Hotel Europe, and I actually prefer this hotel. Hotel Europe undoubtedly has the history and old-world charm that this one doesn’t, but for the price, this place is very difficult to fault. The rooms are also fantastically spacious. A special shout-out to Mirza, whose wonderfully abrupt, unmistakably Balkan manner made us laugh he is very funny and part of the hotel’s charm.

There were a few teething issues. The shower flooded the bathroom, and the wall-mounted shower-gel dispenser and other fittings kept coming loose but these seem easily fixable and did not outweigh the positives.

The hotel is new so everything is clean and new, design is nice and the location is central. (only our bathroom was a bit small which made it difficult to store things) The gym is small, but has everything it needs. There is a nice terrace where you can chill.

The receptionist was unfortunantly not very nice in her way of communication, unless the manager was around (feeling heard is something you expect when you choose a "premium" hotel at such a price). There are many things not yet working in the hotel (e.g., the phone - which means you cannot call reception). The breakfast is good, but it requires some cold areas to store yougurts, fruits/veggies, etc.

Location was amazing.

The rooms in the pictures and in reality are totally different. We had a double bedroom it was so small that barely two people could fit. Breakfast was disaster. The tables and chairs so old, not even meant to be used for breakfast set up, the breakfast itself didnt have much options, it was very poor.
