The staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay in Sarajevo possible.
Nothing, The facilities were excellent. We took advantage of the spa and gym during our stay. Our room was exemplary, especially since we were on the top floor suite.

Location, staff & pool! Especially want to mention excellent service by Ivan & Dajana. They took very good care of us. Anything from good things to know when in Sarajevo to making any kind of arrangements with transportation etc

Very kind staff, perfect location
Cold swimming pool, limited and not fresh(?) breakfast, heating/airco very loud (fixed last day so maybe temporary issue)
