We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sarajevo! We specifically requested a quiet room and were given a room overlooking the courtyard. At first, we thought it was a little disappointing as there wasn’t much of a view to speak of, but wow — what a blessing it turned out to be! Despite the lively streets and music around the hotel, our room was incredibly quiet. We didn’t hear a thing and slept amazingly well! The location is phenomenal. The tram stop is right outside the hotel, while Baščaršija and Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque are only a 2–3 minute walk away. There is also a Konzum and a 24/7 kiosk directly across the street, which was incredibly convenient. My husband made great use of the gym, and the staff were absolutely wonderful — warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Even several days after checking out, we needed some assistance and they were still happy to help us. The hotel was fresh and well-kept, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We would happily stay here again!

The only things that could be improved were a few practical details. Although the hotel has an elevator, the building is on several different levels and the elevator does not reach every level, so we had to carry our luggage up a few stairs. There are small ledges alongside the stairs, which made it possible to pull the luggage up, so it wasn’t a major issue, but it was something to be aware of. Our bathroom also had a couple of maintenance issues. Some of the tiles underneath the toilet were damaged, and there seemed to be a small leak from the shower behind the tiles. These were minor issues overall and did not take away from our very positive experience at the hotel.

Very central, as the name suggests! Easy walking distance to all the sights. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast.
