Lovely, friendly and welcoming lady on reception.
Room was small, but exactly as described in listing. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, good shower, good selection at breakfast and good WiFi.
Location is perfect, very central and just steps away from restaurants and everything in the old town.
The floor standing air con unit was extremely noisy. We visited in very warm weather so we needed it on and were very grateful for it but it wasn't pleasant noise wise!

Comfortable room in the centre of Bascarcija. Very friendly host who was always on hand to help. Rooms were clean, good range of foods at breakfast and WiFi worked well.
Some noise from a bar at the rear of the hotel. Closes by midnight most nights after which it was very quiet for the centre of town, but might not be an ideal hotel if you like an early night.

Excelent location, outstanding owwers/staff, a really pleasurable place to stay just within the old town. Would be my preferred accommodation for any future trip
The room was a little small, but overall, balancing room with location and price and service, this was a great place to stay

The hotel is in the very heart of old Sarajevo. The breakfast was good and the staff was kind.
The room would need some renovation and I didn feel that it's sparkling clean. There was a small spider below my pillow, which left an impression that the beds were made not so recently.
