The property was in an excellent location. The room was clean. The woman at the desk was very helpful and ordered my cab and even went out of her way to show me where to go and waited with me.
The breakfast was just okay because the eggs were cold and if you got there late you just didn’t get any. This wasn’t a big deal for me though. They had other options.

Lovely, friendly and welcoming lady on reception.
Room was small, but exactly as described in listing. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, good shower, good selection at breakfast and good WiFi.
Location is perfect, very central and just steps away from restaurants and everything in the old town.
The floor standing air con unit was extremely noisy. We visited in very warm weather so we needed it on and were very grateful for it but it wasn't pleasant noise wise!

The hotel is in the very heart of old Sarajevo. The breakfast was good and the staff was kind.
The room would need some renovation and I didn feel that it's sparkling clean. There was a small spider below my pillow, which left an impression that the beds were made not so recently.
