Mr. Elmir was very nice and warm host. He was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is close to old town - 10/15 minutes walk (with 4 year old kid). There is a supermarket just besides the hotel.
He provided us with cooking oil when I didn't find it in the adjoining supermarket. He also paid for 2 nights parking opposite to the hotel immediately after I pointed out that their valet parking is available only till 10 pm and needs 20 minutes notice which was not mentioned on booking.com.
I booked an Apartment - it had only 1 AC. If you are there in summer - it won't be sufficient. I had to ask for a fan for one room. The other room was not very cool. They must install the higher tonnage AC and keep it on before guest checks in to cool the apartment. We were sweating for couple of hours after we checked in. The drain pipe of AC is in inside room kept in a can - the can would be overflowing if you don't empty it out.
There were no capsules for dishwasher - however were provided next day morning immediately. For washing machine, just enough powder for 2 cycles. Iron and ironing board was also not in the room - was given next day morning. We were traveling for 15 days prior to reaching the hotel and we needed these ready when we arrive.
Breakfast for vegetarian was almost nothing - only flat breads, butter, jams, cheese, fruits/juice, cereals. (breads also had traces of eggs - so it leaves only cereals, fruits and juices). On the 2nd day there was no one to attend - one lady was there for 2 minutes and when I asked for flat breads ( I later discovered it had traces of eggs). No one was there to offer coffee.
Overall, the apartment has reasonable ventilation - One room doesn't have any ventilation.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I'd arrived at the hotel late and stressed after finding the accommodation I'd originally booked was not safe. The receptionist kindly took time to help me and poured me a large and welcome gin. Delightful old Austro-Hungarian style small hotel just a short walk across the bridge to the main old part of the city. Basic, no frills, but a lovely breakfast and a very warm welcome. Corner shop close by and very helpful small restaurants round the corner who would even exchange currency.
The shower base was broken and a bit sharp.

Excellent location, easily accessible to the exhibition site, the Old Town n other facilities. A convenient store n a few restaurants very near to the hotel.
The water for the bidet is VERY cold and we were there during summer. Just imagine if it's winter.
