I liked the location of the hotel. I had a room that overlooked the river, which was nice. My room was spacious and comfortable. What I really liked was the charger on the table next to my bed. I could just put my phone down and it would charge, very much like the chargers you would see in electric cars today. I have never seen a charger like that in any hotel I stayed at before. I liked the buffet breakfast, and the options for dinner. I also liked the rooftop bar. There, you had a panoramic view of Sarajevo. The fact that the hotel was close to the main river in Sarajevo made the hotel easy to find after a day exploring the city. I also liked that I had a room on the same floor as the gym. Another bonus, is that you can see the cutlery used during the Sarajevo Winter Olympics in the restaurant on the ground floor.
The gym allowed me to get some exercise, but there could have been more equipment in the gym, like a rowing machine. There isn’t much to complain about in the hotel.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and warmth. We especially want to highlight four staff members who made our stay truly memorable: Amina, Sadra, Sanjin, and Emir. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference. Our room was spotless, the service impeccable, and every detail was taken care of with great attention. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with top-notch service. 💙💛🤍
