To me, part of this hotel's charm lies in its Olympic history. The room was comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the location was just convenient to reach both the bus terminal and the city center on foot.
Yes, a few things could be improved (e.g. to have windows which would be more soundproof), but from what I've seen so far, the company's investing into modernization.

Large, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast and handily located for the station. Interesting design: amazing lobby! Staff were friendly and helpful.
A long walk to the old town, but I wanted to be near the station for early morning train to Mostar:

The location, helpful staff, comfortable bed.
It looks like everything is original , with no servicing in the last 45 years. Noisy heathers and doors, bad and not working lighting, noise from the street, poor breakfast …
