    Its location is surrounded by all the amenities one can desire, the staff was very warm and welcoming. We noticed the water services seemed to be turned off late night to early morning everyday. Overall it was a pleasant stay, friendly staff and excellent location.

    Very bad service , I am so disappointed about the money I paid for this type of Hotel ( doesn’t worth it at all ) 1- Unclean Room & Toilet 2- No shampoo and other important stuff 3- no room services for 3 days and not coming even when requested 4- cockroaches everywhere in the room 5- the breakfast is sooooo bad . No even milk available .. juices is water soooo poor quality food 6- no one available at the reception at 90% of time and no one answer the phones 7- Crazy noisy at night . You will never be able to sleep before 03:30 am 8- very rude staff at the reception when we escalated our issues he bang the door in very angry way

    The room smelt bad, there was also smell of sewage from the bathroom continuously. I had to sleep with the balcony door open to get fresh air. The room’s ac didnt seem to be doing much apart from making noise. The elevator wasn’t working and they placed me on the top most level, so climbing up and down everyday was a hassle. The staff was rarely at the desk. The area is pretty busy especially on weekends when night life is cranking as there are pubs on the street below but luckily noise was minimal. The bedding was fine but the towels also smelt a bit. Every morning there would be smell of smoke. Even though I specifically mentioned i want a non-smoking room, it didnt matter as i could smell cigarette smoke in the room. And the price was ridiculously overpriced. Only chose this place because everywhere else was booked out, and they offered a late check in.
