It was so close to the city center we went everywhere by walk. It was pretty clean, they updated us to a better room with the same price. They texted us before we came into the city. If we come again to the city, we will definetely prefer story again.

Very Close to the old town
The heating room based on AC doesnt provide a comfortable stay. The ground floor has smell of dampness.

Superb location, friendly and helpful staff. Communication both before and during our stay was quick and easy. My travel buddy appreciated the enclosed smoking terrace, and I was grateful for the smoke-free environment all over. The room was spacious and clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. We could regulate the heating - which is a big pro. The bathroom was spacious and the shower pressure was excellent.
There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that we could not get rid of. Parking can get a bit tricky as the hotel is in the middle of the historic center.

Convenient location, close to everything. Safe and quiet inside. Elevator/lift.
Close to nightclubs, so loud late on Friday and Saturday nights. No longer has their brilliant on site breakfast. The off site breakfast option was fine, but not like it was when we first visited on 2023.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom and we could never get the room heater to work. There was only desk staff during the day shift.
Not sure how this place considers itself 4 stars or earns a 9.5 on trip advisor.
