The staff especially maja was so nice and they are so helpful and welcoming, this is my second time with them and its not the last time. The location its just perfect the best location in old town and quiet. Its good for families and friends and every thing is in a walking distance.

It was in the heart of the city right next to the old city and all the shops and restaurants. Novo Sarajevo was a 40 minute walk or a 15 minute ride with the bus. The room was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful.
The most problematic thing for me was how thin the walls were. I could hear absolutely anything from my neighbours to the guy at the reception and I was the furthest room from it. As a result I slept very poorly. Also even though the property is at the center of the city it’s located on a very ugly street with nothing to see. It was also very small and kind of claustrophobic with very small windows that let little light in.
