Ljubaznost, srdačnost i profesionalnost osoblja. Čistoća hotela, hrana i kvaliteta usluge. Svakome bih preporučila boravak u ovom hotelu te se definitivno vraćam ovdje čim ponovno posjetim Sarajevo.

Her şeyiyle harika bir konaklama oldu. Otelin konumu çok iyi, her yere çok yakın. Odalar ve genel alanlar tertemiz ve çok düzenliydi. Ama beni en çok mutlu eden personelin ilgisiydi. Herkes çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ayşe, Elma ve Asmir’e içtenlikleri ve yardımları için çok teşekkür ederim. Samira, Sebiha ve Nisveta’da güleryüzleri ile içimi ısıttı. Her şey için teşekkürler, kesinlikle tekrar geleceğim ve herkese tavsiye ediyorum!

Tutto! Albergo nuovo e moderno. Staff gentilissimo, posizione perfetta, camera spaziosa, ben arredata, con tutti i comfort, letto comodissimo, colazione molto varia e con prodotti freschissimi. Super !
