The very convenient location, the service provided by Erol - both when I arrived and when I checked out- , the room and the bathroom were perfect and brand new, the cleanliness. In spite of being in the center of Sarajevo, it was also very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay during our short trip to Bosnia. The room was spotless, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked, and everything was made simple and hassle-free for us. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers and would gladly stay here again.
