Clean, spacious rooms. Close to main centre. Free coffee throughout the day. Very good breakfast selection.

Although close to the main centre of Sarajevo and Old Town, the exact location felt a bit dodgy and a bit rough walking about at night.

The breakfast was brilliant. Just the right amount of options. Hot cooked and also cereal and pastries. The hotel itself was located perfectly within walking distance of the Latin bridge and the Old Town. Also within easy distance of the Emperors mosque and the museums. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, approachable and helpful. We needed some transport to go to Mostar on a day trip and this was discussed and arranged for us.

It didnt make it clear on the website that we had to pay for the transfers to and from the airport but this was still affordable for six of us.

The room was clean and perfect for our family stay at sarajevo. The breakfast was great with a variety of options for everyone. There was a cash machine right outside the hotel, which was convenient, and the staff were polite and kind.

The corridors are dirty and filled with trash The rooms are not soundproof you can hear everything from neighboring rooms. The coffee machine was broken The pet fee is crazy expensive: 50€ per stay for no reason On arrival they tried to send us to an external parking garage saying theirs was full. Insisting a bit it was not full anymore and when accessed we found out there was plenty of space. We were given just one key, so we could not come or go separately Bathroom window on the bed makes impossibile to go to the toilet overinight without waking up the other as light would illuminate the whole room Tents won’t close properly Tv only shows few little limited channels and cannot be used to share screen from apple devices
