About this apartment rental
Condo #03 is a partial ocean view located on the lower level just steps away from the pool, lawn area, barbecue grills and sandy beach. The furnished lanai has a partial ocean view for you to enjoy. This condo will sleep 4 comfortably with a Queen Size Bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious living room, tastefully decorated in a Hawaiian theme, includes a large flat screen TV. The newly remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with updated appliances including a dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Also included with this unit is a safe, cooler, beach chairs and assorted cookware and dishes. There is a split system A/C unit and a ceiling fan is both the living room and the bedroom. Parking is complimentary and WIFI is unlimited. Condo #03 is part of the Kihei Kai Rental Association which has an on-site office and an after-hour phone number for your convenience.

We loved the easy beach access and appreciated how close it was to the friends we came to visit. It was affordable with a gracious sized kitchen we loved!I wish we had some hooks behind doors to hang towels or clothes, and maybe left us some coffee to get started with, but the condo was nice and well equipped with kitchen supplies for cooking and eating!

We loved staying here for our first trip to Maui. The condo was well equipped and an awesome location in south Kehei or to get on the hwy and head out for an adventure. The residents at the condo were super friendly and gave us tips on things to see and places to go. The only complaint is that the bed is most definitely not king size as mentioned. It’s more like a full sized mattress. As neither one of us is petite that was somewhat disappointing. However that did not detract from our enjoyment. We’d stay here again!
