Aloha & welcome to Condo B14! Our fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need to feel right at home, including spices & oils. Bring your favorite drip or pod coffee with you to make your morning joe in the duo coffeemaker. For your convenience we'll provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash can liners, new sponge & a roll of paper towels. You'll replace just the paper towels as needed.
If you prefer, start your day with a cup of coffee (provided by 7:00 am daily) on the patio while watching the SUN rise up over Haleakala and listen to the gentle sound of waves lapping the shore. Our unique location allows for both rejuvenating sunrises & magnificent sunsets - how cool is that?!
This 2nd floor (no elevator) condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa & we have an Aerobed available if you prefer.
The DINING area seats 4 comfortably & the private balcony seats another 2. Perfect for enjoying your home-made or take-away meals after a hard day's play exploring Maui!
SMART TVs are in each bedroom areas as well as the living room for streaming your favorite shows. High-end, whisper quiet 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C SYSTEM will keep everyone cool/comfortable throughout the condo. Ceiling fans will quietly move the air if you prefer opening the windows & slider door to cool you with fresh trade winds during our temperate mornings & evenings.
The downstairs bedroom has two TWIN BEDS, perfect for a family with kids. For a nominal fee, housekeeping will join the twin beds into a king with a conversion kit & bedding. The upstairs loft bedroom has a KING bed & ensuite bathroom.
Each BATHROOM has convenient walk-in showers. Both have a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of soap, which you'll replenish as needed. Bring your favorite bath & body products from home or purchase on island at one of our many stores.
In the closets you'll find 4 Tommy Bahama BEACH CHAIRS, an umbrella, cooler & beach towels. Take them with you when you explore Maui's many beautiful beaches! A Maui Revealed book in your condo will assist you with planning your adventures.
A coin-op LAUNDROMAT is located on each floor where you’ll find bookshelves loaded with easy beach reads. You'll find games for family night in the upstairs laundry. We suggest bringing laundry pods & dryer sheets from home so you don't have to purchase more than you need.
Our patio is popular in the evenings for gathering to talk story while preparing delicious dinners on the gas BBQs. Watch the spectacular SUNSETS from here - the panoramic views ensure they'll be truly breathtaking. Bring a camera!
Our property sits at the calm, serene morning waters of Ma'alaea Bay - perfect for swimming, paddle-boarding and kayaking. The afternoon trade winds bring waves that are perfect for boogie boarding. For those who prefer, we have a crystal-clear mosaic tiled OCEANFRONT pool with plenty of chaise lounges for your use. We provide boogies and pool noodles.
Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer, whether exploring, shopping or dining. There's plenty of options to fit all wallets, appetites & fashion styles!
A 5 min. walk down the beach you’ll find a Fresh Produce Farmers Market, ABC Store, Bakery & Shave Ice. Located next door to us is the wonderful little tavern Dina's Sandwitches, perfect for your first meal & tropical drink!

Our stay at Kihei Sands was perfect. It was so great staying just steps from the beach. We had multiple units with grandparents / family, and the small location made it easy to always find a patio table for lunch, beach chairs for lounging. The properties all had their own beach gear that we used both on this small harbor beach, and also brought with us to bigger surf beaches elsewhere on Maui. The location is perfect to either hang on the beach, but also central to Maui so you aren't far from any of the tourist spots. Fruit stands, convenience store, and restaurants all walkable from the condo. We have stayed on Maui before this trip, and would stay here again over the huge resorts elsewhere.

Our group consisted of 2 families, with kids ranging in ages from 5 to 15, and everyone was able to enjoy themselves. The condos were comfy and has everything we could have needed. We loved the sand toys and boogie boards. The property is in a great location with lots of shopping and food choices nearby. Would love to come back the next time we visit Maui!

I’ve stayed at this location 3 times. When we arrived, the toilet was running non stop & the fridge was leaking water all over the kitchen. The office closed before we arrived. We went down the next morning to report the issues. It took until later in the evening for someone to come fix the toilet. We went down again right before they closed to confirm someone was going to fix it. The person working knew nothing about it. We were having to mess with the tank every single time we used the toilet. We were there for 9 nights. No one ever came to do anything about the fridge. I had to keep using the kitchen towels to soak up the water and washing them. Additionally someone before us had spilled a bunch of water in the freezer and left it. Probably from the ice trays. The ad claimed there were new appliances and with the rust spots inside the freezer i doubt that. Space claims to sleep 6. Just because it can doesn’t mean it should. The table takes up a ton of space and fits only 4. If you pull out the sofa sleeper it makes space so tight you can’t really move. The coffee table is in the way. The furniture is too big for such a small space. The downstairs room has twin beds. They can be combined to make a king. It’s the only room with a door. They charge extra to push it together. Both mattresses in this condo were so horrifically uncomfortable we had to purchase mattress toppers. The headboards for the downstairs bedroom are connected to the wall in the twin bed positions so trying to sit up in bed to watch tv is uncomfortable because there’s nothing comfortable to lean on. The partition in the shower does not reach far enough to stop water from getting onto the floor. So every time you shower you soak the tiny towel they provide and the floor. I spent more on laundry to wash the towels that were soaking up water in this place than I did on my own clothes. Every place I have stayed has insulated coffee cups and wine glasses available. T
