About this apartment rental
Trade cold snowstorms for warm shorelines this winter. With sunny skies, golden sands, and spectacular whale sightings, Maui's inviting landscape and our NEW SEASONAL PRICING brings you a step closer to your island escape!
This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.
The comfortable sectional SLEEPER SOFA has a queen mattress, allowing for up to 2 extra guests or a place for those whose sleep separately. Side note: it will be tight with 5 or 6 guests since our condo is only 786 sf. Some people may not be comfortable with such tight quarters - storage & space will be at a minimum.
You'll stay comfortable with the high-end, whisper quiet 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C system located in the living area & bedrooms. For those who prefer fresh air & the sound of waves, ceiling fans throughout will keep the air moving & cool.
The living area has a 40" flat screen TV for streaming your favorite shows.
The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with essentials & is equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare fabulous meals. Stainless steel appliances, icemaker & all the appliances you could possibly need for making ono grinds (delicious meals) on the occasions you aren't feasting at one of Maui's exceptional restaurants.
The dining table seats six & the pub-style table on the private balcony seats two. The lush greenery & impressive OCEAN VIEWS from the dining areas will take your breath away!
The upstairs MASTER BEDROOM bedroom/open-air loft has a luxurious king bed, SmartTV & ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The main-level bedroom has 2 TWIN BEDS which can be converted to a king for a small fee. A full bathroom (tub/shower combo) affords comfort & privacy for occupants of the main level. Both baths have grab bars in the shower.
During high season (Dec-April) our OCEANFRONT patio is perfect for watching humpback whales (mamas with calves & their guardian males) as they breach & play. The patio has dining tables with umbrellas & two gas BBQs.
Our perfectly manicured grounds will tempt you to stay & relax at the pool, sunbathe on the beach or occupy a lounge chair under a palm tree with a good beach read. You'll find a LIBRARY in the coin-op laundromats, located on the makai end (ocean) of each floor.
Your beach vacation wouldn't be complete without beach chairs, umbrellas, water toys, coolers and beach towels - ALL PROVIDED FOR YOU. Swimsuits, sunscreen & slippahs (sandals) are all you'll need to bring!
A 5-minute trek around the corner you’ll find a collection of local treasures: a Farmer’s Market featuring local fruits & veggies; Ululani's Shave Ice; Sugar Beach Bake Shop & an ABC convenience store. You'll undoubtedly find yourself headed there for treats & forgotten items.
We’ve provided hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash can liners, new sponge & one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Each bath has a hairdryer, two bars of soap & three rolls of TP. You'll replenish paper items as needed. Purchase your favorite products and essentials locally or bring them from home.

With 18 members of my family for Thanksgiving in Hawaii...how could it not be epic?We had a pirate treasure hunt,beach crab hunting, built sand castles,watched the sun go up and down with coffee and wine..we laughed, played cards and gramma cooked breakfasts and babysat.. Connie, Patrick and Sarah helped make it wonderful and possible.Bless you and Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for being so gracious and kind. The smores were a added blessing.Next year cant come soon enough💜Debbie

We just loved this condo. It was very comfortable and had all the things that we needed for our stay. The staff are amazing. The condo is just how it looks on the website. Very clean. We would definitely recommend this condo to everyone. The only thing we felt it needed, and it's really minor, and that is a cheap stick style vacuum cleaner. Although, there were Swiffer mops, a vacuum cleaner would have been helpful. Also, there were people there smoking on the patio area, we felt it would be helpful to put up no smoking signs just so people would be aware. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. We will certainly come back to this one.

We loved this condo! It was clean and had everything that we needed!! The free coffee by the pool every morning was amazing!! The location is perfect! Loved that the beach is just steps from our condo door! Will definitely stay again!! Mahalo!
