Our 2-bedroom/2-bath townhouse style home with ocean view is on the 2nd level (no elevator) at Kihei Sands Condominiums. It is perfect for a ROMANTIC getaway for two couples - or if you want to include the kids or more friends, pull out the queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to two additional guests; however this will be tight living as our condo is only 786 sf. Some people may not be comfortable with such tight quarters.
This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total, regardless of age. The downstairs living area has a convenient full bath for the occupants of the main-level bedroom.
The upstairs MASTER BEDROOM bedroom/open-air loft has a luxurious king bed, SmartTV & ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The downstairs bath also boasts a walk-in shower with glass wall. Each bathroom has a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started. Hair & bath products can be purchased on island or brought with you.
A SMART TV in the living room is perfect streaming your favorite shows from our comfortable couch. The high-end 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C SYSTEM will keep everyone cool/comfortable at their preferred temperature whether relaxing or sleeping. Ceiling fans will quietly move the air if you prefer to have the windows open.
Our well-appointed KITCHEN with microwave, stove, refrigerator & dishwasher make preparing meals at home a great option after long days exploring or relaxing. Stocked with dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, trash can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right! You'll find plenty oils & spices in the cabinets.
The DINING ROOM seats 4 comfortably & the private balcony seats another 2. Perfect for enjoying your home-made or take-away meals after a hard day's play exploring all Maui has to offer!
You'll find BEACH TOWELS, a cooler, Tommy Bahama beach chairs & an umbrella in a closet. Take them with you when you venture off property to check out more of Maui's gorgeous beaches! A Maui Revealed book in your condo will inspire your adventuresome spirit.
Our unique complex offers a private crystal-clear mosaic tiled OCEANFRONT pool, a patio with umbrella-covered dining tables, two gas BBQs, plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas on the grassy lawn, & an outdoor shower - all with amazing views.
An abundance of DINING options ranging from casual to upscale are nearby in South Kihei, Wailea & Pa'ia. Located right next door is Dina's Sandwitches, perfect for getting your first tropical drink & meal after the long flight.
Humpback whales migrate from Alaska & arrive mid-November to give birth to their calves in the warm, protected waters of Maui. They delight our guests with spectacular shows in front of our patio before beginning their journey back in mid-March.
Staff is happy to provide information about rentals for water toys & gear that can be delivered to the condo during your stay. Rent an SUP or kayak for our calm morning waters & spend afternoons boogie boarding when the trade winds come in.

Absolutely Love, Love, Love Kihei Sands and especially Patrick. He was soooo helpful with all issues. Everyone there, employees and guests are so very friendly and I'll stay there again and again! Would have stayed a few days longer but facility was closed due to some repairs.

We had an excellent time during our stay at Kihei Sands Condo. They supplied everything we needed for the beach, towels, umbrella and chairs. The condo and condo grounds were clean and comfortable. The patio allowed for cooking on the grill and tables to enjoy dinner at the beach. Many people used this amenity which allowed us to chat with other guests. It was a good location that allowed us to get from place to place without long travel times.

Our family has stayed there for 4 days, the rooms are clean the views are pretty, you could see a slice of beach and sea as photos given. It is walking to beach distance. There are some swimming boards for kids too. The washer and dryer is in a public area and the parking lot is tight for people from the south:-). Overall all these are manageable. We had a great time there.
