Condo B4 is a beautifully renovated 2B/2Ba townhouse-style unit located on the second floor (no elevator.) Remodeled with the highest quality furnishings, appliances, linens and furniture, all with your comfort & enjoyment in mind. This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.
B4 is perfect for a ROMANTIC getaway for two couples, or if you want to include the kids or more friends, pull out the queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to two additional guests; however this will be tight living as our condo is only 786 sf. Some people may not be comfortable with such tight quarters. The downstairs living area has a convenient full bath for the occupants of the main-level bedroom.
The two calm, serene BEDROOMS boast high-end comfortable CAL-KING mattresses & bedding for a dreamy night's sleep. The upstairs open-air loft bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
You'll be just steps to the pool & ocean - no long walks for forgotten items!
SMART TVs are in each sleeping area as well as the living room for streaming your favorite shows. High-end 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C SYSTEM will keep everyone cool/comfortable at their preferred temperature whether relaxing or sleeping. Ceiling fans will quietly move the air if you prefer opening windows & the slider door to cool you with fresh trade winds during our temperate mornings & evenings.
The DINING ROOM seats 4 comfortably & the private balcony seats another 2. Perfect for enjoying your home-made or take-away meals after a hard day's play exploring all Maui has to offer!
Our fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need to feel right at home, including spices & oils. For your convenience we'll provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, can liners, new sponge & a roll of paper towels. You'll replenish all paper products as needed; we'll take care of the rest (bringing laundry pods from home so you won't need to purchase more than you'll use.) Dryer sheets & coffee filters provided upon request.
Each beautiful BATHROOM has convenient walk-in showers. HAIR DRYERs are provided. We'll start you off with three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of soap in each. Bring favorite hair & bath products from home or purchase locally. Many guests mail a box of essentials ahead of arrival to avoid having to check luggage.
FOUR Tommy Bahama beach chairs & umbrella, cooler & beach towels provided - take them with you when you go exploring Maui's world-class beaches! A Maui Revealed book will assist you with planning adventures.
We love starting each day with a cup of coffee (provided by 7:00am) on the patio while watching the SUN rise over Haleakala. Our unique location allows for both rejuvenating sunrises & magnificent sunsets - how cool is that?!
Our patio is popular in the evenings for congregating after an amazing Maui day. Prepare delicious dinners on its two gas BBQs. Watch the spectacular SUNSETS from here - the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean ensure they'll be truly breathtaking.
A 5-minute walk down the beach will take you to a Farmer's Market, ABC Store, Ululani's Shave Ice & Sugar Beach Bakery.

This was a nice place. The check in prpcess was easy and the patio on the back of the property was nice. Having beach chairs was very helpful. The disappointing part was the listing said washer dryer but it is coin laundry and not in the unit.
