This beautifully updated, Central air-conditioned, ocean-view one-bedroom condo is located on the fifth floor at Sugar Beach Resort on the stunning shores of North Kihei at Sugar Beach. Enjoy early morning beach walks on one of the longest stretches of sand in all of Hawaii. Sugar Beach boasts six miles of uninterrupted coastline, pristinely calm waters for swimming and snorkeling, and is the perfect spot to watch whales breach during the winter months. After a long day of exploring Maui, this centrally located gem is your perfect retreat. Sugar Beach Resort offers an extensive list of amenities including a beautiful oceanfront pool and Hot tub, Sauna, outdoor BBQ area, onsite concierge and activity bookings, as well as a sandwich shop and bar.
Once inside, this well appointed condo has been tastefully updated to truly exemplify a modern, tropical vibe. The generously-sized kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, an outward facing cooktop to ensure you never miss that ocean-view, and a gorgeous quartz countertop with a built-in breakfast bar. The living room flows from the kitchen and features a high-end pullout sofa, flat-screen TV with cable, and high-speed internet. The oversized lanai features a dining table for four with panoramic ocean, mountain and lagoon views. From this unit you can see the breath taking views of Kealia Pond.
The bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with soft, white linens and gorgeous plantation shutters to block out that early morning sun. In addition, there is central A/C in this unit (a rarity in Hawaii!) which ensures you stay cool at all times during your stay. The bathroom is between the bedroom and main living area and has been beautifully designed with a matching quartz vanity and walk-in shower. The unit also features a full-sized washer and dryer.
Sugar Beach is one of the most conveniently located spots in all of Maui. Just fifteen minutes from the airport, thirty minutes to Lahaina, and just over an hour to the summit of Haleakala, this is the perfect basecamp to adventure. The owners of this unit have provided beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler so all you have to do is pack your bags! You’ll love the wonderful ease of access this location provides. *Every guest must register with the front desk to receive the parking pass and pool code. The pool code is changed every month.
This unit also includes an unassigned parking for 1 vehicle per unit.
***DISCLOSURE 8/11/25: The pool will be closed for annual maintenance and resurfacing Sept 8 - 24, 2025. Annual maintenance of the pool is done in September.

From the moment we walked in, this condo felt comfortable. It’s well appointed with high end furnishings and a wonderful view of the sea and pool area. Wi fi is good and the tv service offers many stations for viewing. We will be back!

Nice and updated unit. Perfect for relaxing. Only minor issue was the shower area spilled water all over the floor. The shower mat was soaked our whole trip.

The overall experience was awesome one problem was plates were to big for dishwasher so ended up washing all our dishes. The shower could have been cleaned a little better but rest of condo was very clean.

This is our second time staying at sugar beach. But this condo stood out to us. Beautifully clean renovated suite with both ocean and green views on each side. This suite had EVERYTHING we needed for our trips to the beach which made it so easy for us from beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and cooler bags, boogie boards, and even snorkling gear. The suite its self had all the amenities from towels, beach towels, toiletries even a laundry machine which made it so easy to do laugndry. Even the kitchen was fully stock with items to cook, and store food.
Locations was perfect it’s in between all the major spots like Kihei, Lahaina, and Kalului.
Our host Lara was so friendly and helpful as well.
