About this apartment rental
Located on the 4th floor, this unit sits on the beautiful and romantic white sand Sugar Beach. With renovations throughout and a Cal-King bed and TV in the bedroom, this unit is extremely comfortable. There is even a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests.
This unit features a brand new Split system AC unit in the living room so you can stay cool all day, even in the hot Maui sun. Boasting all tile floors, brand new artwork, 2 fully renovated bathrooms, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen, this updated unit has everything you need for your beach vacation! This unit is also located beach side of the elevator which is the preferred location for taking in the ocean and West Maui mountains.
Note there is no AC in the bedroom, ceiling fans only.
Nani Kai Hale is centrally located on Sugar Beach, the longest stretch of white sandy beach on this side of the island. Next door is the Maui Canoe Club, where you can watch avid canoe paddlers launch off. Come witness a true Hawaiian art and tradition!

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.

On the outside Nani Kai Hale is very well cared for. The unit itself is well appointed with many handy extras. Cleaning and care of the suite could be more robust (e.g. the couch and bedspread, along with the windows and screens all need washing). The bed sheets could be much better quality (and 100% cotton in the heat with no A/C in the bedroom ). The price warranted better care and cleaning.
