We chose Nani Kai Hale due to it's fantastic beachfront location directly on Sugar Beach. Sugar Beach 3 is a beautiful white sand beach which is popular for swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding.
The unit was finished being completely remodeled from top to bottom in October 2019. Stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, quartz countertops, and a 55" TV are some of the amenities you will enjoy during your stay.
The unit is on the 4th floor and the complex is directly on Sugar Beach. We love having meals on the covered lanai. Some of the features of the condo include:

The location is great and the place is clean. Photos are accurate. Cooking supplies were missing: there were no pans at all, and only one pot to use. There were also no spatulas.The AC was not working properly. Basically functioned as a fan.We did appreciate the ease of check-in and chek-out and the responsiveness of the host.

I consider it a peek a boo beach view, but you can hear the waves w windows open. Its the furthest unit from the beachfront.

Newly remodeled unit in older building on the beach. Friendly neighbors. Unit offers beach chairs, boards, Towels, umbrellas. Nice touch. Wish we had time to enjoy the area more and ice chest
