The staff was nice and the price is ok. Considering you are paying to be next to Venice.

The washroom was dirty, there were no AC and the two fans were not enough for the temperature. The entry is also weird; no safety for entering the building and it was also not clean. Not to mention that the place is not a hotel but most likely an apartment that was changed to be sort of a hostel. We also had to call the staff because there was no one to open the door for us. After that he showed up in around 5mins and wearing house clothes, not properly dressed.

Best food just opposite of accommodation and an excellent pizza shop nearby. Cash machine, public transportation ticket all walking distance. Tram connection to Mestre station and town. Hard working and friendly staff.

You get what you paid for - or less

Room with sufficient space, with terrace and appropriate curtains. Staff responded quickly to my unscheduled check in.

It is obvious that the persons running the place neglect its basic maintenance and detailed cleaning. The kitchen is basically a storage room (with a refrigerator uncleaned for at least half a year, judging by the thickness of the ice), I wouldn't consume food there. The main areas of the bathroom and room are cleaned, but not in details. Every switch, shelf, doorknob is dirty or dusty. Beware of the shower space area, is falling apart. The area is mostly inhabited by immigrants, take it in consideration if that's a concern for you. I've been in way too better accomodations for 35 EUR/night than this.

Even for such an affordable price, it’s not okay

Only positive thing is that there is a free parking included in the price.

Host does not answer on messages. Floors are dirty. Walls are also dirty and there is cobweb. On the enter doors there is sticker 99.99 % clean relating to the covid, but I don't trust that because even the primary things you expcect are clean are not. The neighborhood is very loud and noisy long into the night. There is no air conditioning so you have to have an open window and all the noise come to the room making hard to sleep.

For 25 €/night this was a great price-value deal. There is a direct bus around the corner to Venice so no problem with distance at all. Also we were allowed for earlier check-in and we were able to park our car. Both highly appreciated after loooong journey!!!

Area not really welcoming, and before going to bed the bed was full of insects, we had to leave the room and find another Hostel ! The hostel manager did not respond to me to reimburse the fee

Good place for the price, I guess. Would consider it twice next time.

We bought some beers in local shop and enjoy the evening on nice balcony.

Firstly, we had very curious problem at this accomodation. When I was taking a shower, there suddenly was no cold water, only hot (+-50 °C). Washing down the shampoo with such a hot water (in hot day) was very inconvenient. We informed the staff and nothing happened. I had to call them second time (after an hour or so) and it took them about 2 hours to come and fix it. Apparently, from some strange reason, the cold water was turned off. Secondly, there was no AC, only fans. Well, fortunately, it was relatively cold in the night so it was not such a big deal for us. Lastly, there is nice kitchen with some equipment and stove, but no cooking pot.

Good place to stay when you in Venice

Very clean place, nice building, everything looks just like in pictures, so no surprises :) Friendly stuff, we had early check inn with no problem: Contact the property for early check in! There is a fridge and teapot, but we found jus 1 glass and i vine glass, but no cups

1 glass for 3 rooms, so bring your own cups if you want coffee or tea in the morning. Zero sound proof, so you can not sleep whenever you want. We had to listen Karaoke one evening

Po przyjściu do obiektu i telefonie do gospodarza, po kilkunastu minutach wyszedł mężczyzna i powiedział, że jego kolega nas zaprowadzi do pokoju. Okazało się, że nasz pokój jest w zupełnie innym miejscu niż zarezerwowaliśmy. Całą drogę nie wiedzieliśmy gdzie idziemy, a mężczyzna nawet nie przerwał rozmowy telefonicznej w trakcie zameldowania. W pokoju i częściach wspólnych brudno. Najgorsze były robaki w lodówce i szafkach kuchennych.
