-property with potential, in good location, some restaurants nearby, well connected with Venice by public transport
-very good insulated windows with plastic frames
-good amenities: common area, terrace (very nice for morning coffee), bathroom with shower
- existing AC is not working
- rooms get very hot (27'C) and humid creating a big disconfort for sleeping
- windows do not have insect nets installed, so opening the window for cooling and fresh air during evening /night brings lots of moskitos inside. Can't sleep due to heat, moskitos or both
- very old and dated plywood doors, unsuitable for hotels or shared accomodations (rattling when other guest open or close their doors)
-There is a TV in the room (did not use it) however you can only see it if you stand across the room
- overall some TLC required (ex. window awnings need repair)
